Simply put, we do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it, or we inform you of the reason for the delay. It’s the high level of communications that really sets us apart from other contractors out there.
Experience — Since 1996 we have been listening to homeowners and creating beautiful, comforting spaces based on their style and budget.
Proven and Recognized – Since 2011, JRR has been a member of NARI, National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the largest and most influential remodeling association in the country. With over 8,000 members nationally and 250 members locally, NARI is a wealth of information, resources and influence on the local, state and national government levels. John Rogers Renovations has won six NARI Atlanta Contractor-of-the-Year (CotY) awards. President John Rogers has been appointed as the chairperson of the NARI Atlanta government affairs committee along with his participation on the national government affairs committee. While all of this is a bit intimidating, it is really something that interests John tremendously. Previous members of this board have been a part of shaping laws in our state relative to our industry such as State Contracting laws, RRP laws, OSHA regulations, permitting processes and more. Another aspect that John finds exciting is spreading the information back to the membership of NARI to keep everyone informed about the laws and regulations that affect our industry. He will continue to raise the bar so that the “bad” contractors have nowhere to go in our state.
Resources — We have extensive experience in highly custom designs. Our expertise, along with our exclusive connections to qualified vendors and subcontractors, allows us to consistently perform at the level that discriminating homeowners expect.
State-Licensed — Georgia Law, put into effect in 2007, requires that those individuals who offer remodeling services such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements and many other renovations be licensed by the state. This licensing process is extensive and if you contract with an unlicensed individual, the contract is not valid.
Lead Paint Certified — As of April 2010, anyone who works on a home built in 1978 or before has to test for lead paint and be certified by the EPA if lead is present. This is a FEDERAL and now a state law. We are proud to join the few who are certified.
Precision Project Management — It takes a number of professionals and a seasoned staff to coordinate a successful on-time and in-budget renovation. We are committed to scheduling, follow-up and clear communication with everyone involved, the most important of whom is you, the client.
Complete Satisfaction — We are relentless at keeping you informed and educated on the options and completely satisfied with every aspect of your renovation.
